NTWorld is working on a new App for Windows Phone 7 that includes the ability to act like a Walkie Talkie and send recorded voice messages to other Windows Phone 7 users.  The app is currently close to beta and should be available to start testing in the next couple of days.

Features include the ability of send recorded voice messages, approve/remove users allowed to send you messages, toast push notifications of new messages and more.
